In order to use the library's print facilities you must be a registered user at Det Kgl. Bibliotek/The Royal Danish Library. If you have forgotten your pincode log in to see it or to make a new pincode.
Are you not a library user you need to register to become one to be able to print.
Use of our print facilities requires you to add funds to your printing account before you can begin to print/copy.
Minimum deposit to your printing account is 10.- dkr each time.
Payment is made online. You must use a debit card such as VISA, MasterCard, etc or MobilePay. See all your payment options. You will not be charged a transaction fee.
If you need more help to the MyPrint system, AU Library has made several guides, which shows how to operate the system.
Furthermore, Xerox has made a series of videos about how to operate the Xerox-printers, which are very helpful, if you need help getting started. If you need any further assistance, feel free to contact the staff of the library.
If you have ordered an article for self- printing via the library system, it will be kept for 15 days and then automatically deleted. Therefore, you must print your article within 15 days of receiving notification that it is ready to print.
If, because of technical problems, you do not receive the prints/copies you have paid for, you can get replacement prints/copies by contacting the staff at one of the AU libraries.
Employees will decide in each case whether there are sufficient grounds for refunding the payment so that you can make a new print/copy.
If you have a balance of at least 50 DKK in your print account, you can receive a refund of the money by sending an email to oekonomi@kb.dk. You must provide your name, address and date of birth in the mail.
Users without a Danish account can pick up the amount by appointment. We do not transfer these kind of amounts to foreign accounts.
