Databases - Bioscience

    Covers all subject areas with focus on bioscience. The database consists of journals, mainly from scientific societies and ”non-profit” publishers. Partly full text. All journals are also covered by Scopus and Web of Science.

    Reference and citation database. Covers all research areas but is best suited for science and health sciences. Time period: 1900 - . 
  • Scopus
    Reference and citation database. Covers all research areas but is best suited for science and health sciences. Time period: 1960 – (full indexing from 1996).

Dictionaries

  • Ordbogen.com
    Danish dictionary website with 28 different dictionaries including a Danish/English/Danish dictionary. 
  • Oxford English Dictionary
    Online dictionary. English-English. © 2016 Oxford University Press.
  • Google Translate
    Translation tool. Machine-generated translations, many different languages and alphabets.

Newspaper and media

  • Infomedia
    A large database that comprises articles from Danish daily newspapers as well as a wide range of periodicals, local papers, etc.
