What can I print?
You can print most of the common document and image formats; PDF, DOCX, JPG, GIF, etc.
Can I print a web page?
If you are sitting at the Royal Danish Library or AU Library, Health Sciences, you can print by pressing Ctrl+P and choosing a printer.
If you use Chrome, you can print to PDF via the browser.
You can install a PDF application such as CutePDF and print to CutePDF Writer, after which you can then print the PDF file using the MyPrint system.

Why am i being asked for a puk code?
If you enter an incorrect Social Security number (CPR) you will be asked for a PUK code. Try to log in again. First enter your Social Security number. Then your PIN code.
Can I print directly from a usb stick?
No, unfortunately this is not possible.
Can I print in colour?
All Xerox machines can print in colour. Place a tick in the checkbox "Advanced settings", and then select Xerox as the printer afterwards.
Please note that the cost is higher for colour prints and that we have set the printers to print black and white by default.

We have installed printers at all the libraries at AU Library, as well as the Study Centre at Tåsingergade and Trøjborg. See the list of available printers on the main page.
Can I print in A3?
Yes. However, in order to print to A3, your original file must be saved as A3. In other words, it is not possible via MyPrint to upload an A4 file and then select for it to be printed in A3. You must save your document as an A3 document before you upload it.

Can I get money from my print account back again?
If you have a balance of at least 25 kr. on your print account, you can receive a refund by writing an email to firstname.lastname@example.org. You must provide your name, address and date of birth in the mail.
Users without a Danish NemKonto can still receive refunds via individual agreement.
