Group work rooms at AU Library

Book a group work room

It is possible to book group work rooms at various locations across AU Library. The group work rooms are all equipped with some form of large screen/projector for group work. All group work rooms at AU Library are strictly for the use of groups and not individual study.     


The State and University Library

  • Number: 6 group work rooms.
  • Lending time: 2 X 3 hours per week.
  • Location: 5 group work rooms on the first floor, and a single group room on the second floor.
  • Guide: You can reserve a group work room using the booking forms outside each room. Group work rooms are available to all users of the State and University Library.    

Campus Emdrup

  • Number: 2 group work rooms.
  • Lending time: 3 hours per day, per group. Each group can reserve 3 times per week.
  • Location: Group work room 1 is located on the ground floor in the 24/7-access area. Group work room 2 is located on the basement floor by the children's books.
  • Guide: You reserve group work rooms by clearly writing the names of the group members on the notice boards outside each room. Read more about the rules of use (in Danish).

Fuglesangs Allé

  • Number: 2 group work rooms (1 group room with space for 3 groups and 1 group room with space for 1 group).
  • Lending time: The rooms can be booked for a maximum of 7 hours at a time.
  • Location: The 2 group work rooms can both be found in the library.
  • Guide: You can book the group work rooms via AU's room booking. Here, you can also read more about the rules of use.

Moesgård

  • Number: 3 group work rooms.
  • Location: Building 4235, rooms 121, 129 and 131.
  • Guide: There are no group work rooms in the library itself, but they can be found in the immediate vicinity of the library.    

Nobel Park

  • Number: 7 group work rooms.
  • Lending time: 4 hours per day. They can be booked up to 7 days in advance.
  • Location: All the rooms are located around the library.
  • Guide: You can book the group work rooms through Webroom booking. Please note that entry to the group work rooms requires you have to have registered your student card for 24/7-access to Nobel Park. Read more about 24/7-access.

Health

  • Number: 17 group work rooms in the Victor Albeck building.
  • Lending time: 2 X 3 hours per week.
  • Location: Group work rooms 1-7 and 9-11 are located on the 2nd floor. Group work rooms 12-18 are located on the 3rd floor.
  • Guide: You can book a group work room via webuntis.dk. Read guide to using the system (in Danish).
  • Note: It is only possible to make bookings one week in advance. If you have not arrived within 15 minutes of the booked time, others may take over the room.
