  • Communication and Mass Media Complete (CMMC)
    Database with access to academic articles within the fields of communication, language and media studies.
  • ProQuest Research Library
    Database with access to academic articles within the fields of linguistics, grammar, semantics, rhetoric, translation, literature.
  • CISG
    Database with references to articles, books and journals with an emphasis on Spanish publications.
  • Dialnet
    Database containing academic articles and theses in Spanish.
  • MLA International Bibliography
    Bibliography covering literature on language and linguistics.
  • Sage Journals
    Smaller database containing academic articles from the publisher Sage. With a broad coverage of the social sciences, including politics, sociology, economics, marketing, management, language and communication.
  • SpringerLink
    Database containing book chapters and articles on subject areas related to both business communication and business language, in English and German.
    E.g. marketing, corporate social responsibility, human relations, grammar, translation.

    Database that includes news articles from many major international newspapers.

  • Gyldendal's Online Dictionaries
    Access to Gyldendals online dictionaries including Gyldendals Røde Ordbøger (Danish-English and English-Danish), Gyldendals Vinterberg & Bodelsen (Danish-English), Gyldendals Kjærulff Nielsen (English-Danish) Gyldendals technical and engineering dictionary (Danish-English and English-Danish), Gyldendals medical/dental dictionary (Danish-English and English-Danish) and Gyldendals legal dictionary (Danish-English and English-Danish).
  • Ordbogen.com
    Danish-English and English-Danish dictionary, covering such areas as trade, technology, IT, medicine and law.  
  • Electropedia
    Online dictionary of electro-technical terms. Mainly English and French, but also covering Arabic, Chinese, German, Japanese, Portuguese, Polish, Spanish and Swedish.

Corpora

  • International Corpus of English
    Corpora of comparative studies in English. Each corpus contains 1 million words used since 1989 - both written and spoken.
  • KorpusDK
    KorpusDK contains a collection of electronic texts from a variety of sources, a total of 56 million words. The texts give an impression of the modern Danish language as it is used by the Danes themselves. The texts are composed so that they provide a broad and varied picture of the diversity of texts through which the language is expressed. The texts were collected around the years 1990 and 2000 and are accompanied by information on both text and author.
